My Aunt Isabel is a resident at Royal Oak. My cousin and I traveled from Canada to Medford and stayed in the guest suite at Royal Oak for three nights to visit with her. I was very impressed with the facility, especially the staff. The management team, Tom and Sylvia, Betty and Kim treated us as family and made sure there was nothing we were needed in our room. The wait staff were all very pleasant and professional and the dining room was beautifully appointed.
My Aunt is very happy living at Royal Oak and we were delighted to see she is enjoying her new home.
